Get to Know Us
Aim Support Services provides high‑quality supported accommodation for young adults aged 18+. Our focus is on helping young adults develop independence, stability and confidence as they transition into adulthood.
Semi-Independent Accommodation 18+
We provide young adults aged 18 to 21 with safe, supportive and structured accommodation. Our team offers personalised guidance that helps each young person build confidence, develop life skills and prepare for independent living.
Floating Support & Life Skills
Our floating support service helps young adults strengthen both practical and emotional skills. We support them with routines, budgeting, communication, wellbeing, and day‑to‑day responsibilities to promote long‑term independence.
Move-On & Transition Support
We guide young people through a smooth, well‑planned transition into independent accommodation. Our focus is on safety, stability and ensuring each individual feels prepared for the next stage of their journey.
Aim Support Services Facilities
Our semi‑independent placements are located in safe, well‑connected areas close to local shops, transport links and community resources. Each property provides a comfortable, homely environment where young adults can develop independence at their own pace.
As a floating support service, we do not provide 24‑hour residential care. Instead, our trained staff visit young people regularly to offer personalised support, guidance and practical assistance based on their assessed needs and support plan.
Our focus is on promoting independence, safety and wellbeing while ensuring every young person is treated with dignity, respect and genuine care.
Aim Support Services
We are committed to provide the support which we would like to receive ourselves.
